Comments: There is always some shade to be found from the large eucalyptus trees but the playground area is mostly in the sun, except some of the little areas under the slides and forts. There is a creek that runs through the park but is fences off. One large, level Grass area, and some on sloping hill.
Play Equipment: 3 playground areas. One with new playground equipment put in this year. Cork-screw type slide, small side for littler folks, fort area on top. Play area is covered with bark, swings, and has a low wall all around it (perfect for sitting on). Lots of grass. Two older playground areas with large metal slide and tall swings, for bigger kids, some huge logs for climbing on and lots of picnic tables.
