Comments: There is always some shade to be found from the large eucalyptus trees but the playground area is mostly in the sun, except some of the little areas under the slides and forts. There is a creek that runs through the park but is fences off. One large, level Grass area, and some on sloping hill.

Play Equipment: Two structures. One for older kids, one for younger kids. Slides, rotating monkeybars for the older kids. Slide for younger kids. Nice scenic view of Chula Vista.

Picnic Tables: Yes.

Grills: Not sure.

Shade: Yes, with shade pavilions.
