Jesmond Dene Park - Escondido - San Diego Playgrounds

Comments: The play equipment is in excellent condition, looks brand new! The research team liked how this playground was laid out: the older kids' play structure and swings were together in their own spot, and the younger kids' play structure and swings were together in their own spot. The younger kids' play structure had a short climbing wall like the one at Rod McLeod playground in Escondido. The older kids' play structure had two sets of monkey bars: straight bars and hanging triangle bars. The research team enjoyed these challenging bars! There are a lot of trees in the picnic area which make for good shade but not a good place to play ball or throw a frisbee. Bring drinks because there is no water fountain. If you're bored with your neighborhood playground, the research team recommends Jesmond Dene because of the unique features of the play equipment.
