Comments: This park is a real gem! Lots of paved bike/scooter trails leading to and from the play area. They also circle Discovery Lake. Beautiful view of Discovery Lake from the play area. Best place in North County we've found for family bike rides! There is a kids' wading fountain which is powered by "well water." It turns on for 15-minute intervals at 11AM, 12:30PM, 2PM, 3:30PM, and 5PM. Plan your biking and hiking so that when you're hot and sticky you can cool off in the fountain.
