Comments: There's a large shade pavilion with three picnic tables under it. There are a couple more small pavilions with one table under each. There is a grassy field with a path around it, too.
Play Equipment: This is a really great playground with some unusual features. The big-kid play structure is normal with a few slides and chain ladders, but the little kid structure is shaped like a small ship. There is also a tall pole in the middle of the playground with a huge funnel atop it with three spouts. So, you throw a ball into it and the ball will roll out of one of the three spouts. The most interesting was a small play structure with two pulleys with plastic pitchers attached to them. The child at the bottom scoops some sand into the pitcher and then the child on the play structure uses the pulley to raise the pitcher. Once the child has it, he or she can pour it into a large PVC pipe that leads back down to the sand. There are also two swing sets, a concrete whale, and some ride on bouncy seats.
